A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
All deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
Cancellations and appointment changes must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required before any future appointment can be booked.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability. Your deposit will remain non-refundable.
Please ensure that you provide the correct contact details when making your booking. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment date and time.
Any remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods may vary.
If you need to change your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and the 24-hour cancellation policy still applies.
